Development & Tool Management
Component development along with tool design and procurement enables us to manage a total solution for product introduction that is built on knowledge and experience.
Your product can be developed through tool manufacture using techniques such as laser cutting, CNC wiring, and hand crafting.
We offer tool construction that is guaranteed for product life and fully maintained by our in-house Toolroom.
Prototype We supply single or multiple prototype samples either as a follow on from our design services or as a pre-production compliment. Using production intent or synthetic materials we are able to provide a working model of your product allowing physical development as well as functional trials. |

Surface Finishing
Through our sub-contract network Walpres are able to source and supply a comprehensive range of quality surface finishing. Over 100 coatings are available in a range of colours, from environmentally friendly organic coatings and rust inhibiting treatments, to IMDS compliant Chrome Free Zinc Plating and Electro-Painting that is salt resistant in excess of 1000 hours.
